Randall Bellard's Career

Randall Bellard started his career in 1986 after finishing his studies at TH Harris Technical in Nondestructive Testing. He spent time working offshore on Drilling Rigs, Production Platform installations, and Pipeline fabrication/installation. Over 13 years, he worked for Cameron/Cooper Cameron Oil Tools as an Inspector, NDT Technician, and Quality Engineer before transitioning to Refineries and Chemical plants as an API Inspector. His next career phase involved working for three of the largest Chemical Manufacturers globally (ExxonMobil, BASF, & LyondellBasell). His most recent position was almost 7 years in Railcar Repair as Quality Manager and NDT Level III for Petroleum Service Corporation / PSC Group. The Railcar Repair Group expanded from 3 locations with 7 individuals to over 31 locations with 500+ employees. Randall successfully added 9 AAR Certified facilities to PSC Group. Over this time period, the AAR (BOE & MID) Audits and FRA Audits resulted in minimal findings. All findings were promptly remediated, the quality system issues were identified and corrected, and shared with every Railcar Repair facility within the company to ensure avoidance of repetitive occurrences.

Randall Bellard has been certified by ASNT as an NDT Level III since 2001 in (6) Methods (LT, VT, UT, RT, PT, & MT). Also certified as an AWS CWI since 1991. Randall has completed Auditor Training with Cameron, Bureau Veritas, Amarco-Saudi Arabi's Refinery, and the AAR. Randall started performing Audits in 1991.
